  • All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule in your installation contract.
  • Grants (e.g., SEAI supports up to €1,800 for residential or €162,200 for businesses) are subject to approval by SEAI and are not guaranteed.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

EnergyServ provides manufacturer warranties on products (e.g., up to 25 years for solar panels) and workmanship guarantees as specified in your agreement. Warranty coverage is subject to proper use and maintenance.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to provide high-quality installations, EnergyServ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or savings.
  • Delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, supply chain issues).
  • Grant application rejections or changes in government funding policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of EnergyServ or licensed third parties. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
