Hello and welcome to EnergyServs Tutorial on updating the Firmware of your my energy devices.The process of this is the same of both Zappi and the Eddi. To begin with press the menu button.
Scroll down using the arrow button to device settings. Then scroll down to Firmware Update and we press download.This can take up to half an hour to an hour to get downloaded.
Now that our download is completed, we can press the menu button to go back, press down and press enter to install the update. The device will restart and show the percentage while it is updating and it will go back to the normal main menu.
If local coms lost appears on the device when it first starts up, wait a minute and it should disappear. If not give us a call.
