How to Reset Your Wi-Fi on MyEnergi Eddi or Zappi

Welcomes to EnergyServs tutorial for resetting  the Wi-Fi settings of your MyEnergi Eddi or  Zappa and reconnecting to a new router. To begin  with we go to the device itself and we press the  menu button. After we have done that we head to  Device Settings, were we scroll down to advanced,  it may ask for a password here. The password  is Zero, Zero, Zero, Zero so you just press  enter four times.

Once your on the advanced  screen we come down to system and we select  reset Wi-Fi Settings. It will ask  us to confirm twice, which we do. After the Wi-Fi settings have been restored,  we then need to turn the Wi-Fi back on. So go to  Internet, Wi-Fi, Configuration, Access Point on.

When the access point has been activated, we  press back, and we are given the SSID and the  Password for the Device itself. These are what  we will look for when we connect to the Eddi. Now the settings are reset and the Wi-Fi has  been activated we come to our phone, we scroll  down and we select our Wi-Fi settings and we will  see here MyEnergi_ followed by some letters and  numbers that is the one we like to select.  The password for this will be given to you.

When the Password is entered it will take 5 to  10 seconds to reload the page, when the page  is reloaded you will be offered 3 settings,  Detected Networks, Networks and Password. You  click on Detected Networks, Pick Your Wi-Fi and  then you enter your password on the bottom one. When connected it will ask you to sign into  the MyEnergi Network and it will ask you to  create a new Password. Enter a password you  are happy with and continue to the next page. If you where not previously connected go to the  PlayStore on your mobile phone and download the  MyEnergi App.

Follow the instructions when  open to setup a new account. Eventually it  will ask you for a reg code and a reg ID.  To find these you come back to the menu,  come to information and we look for  page 2. Reg S/N, Reg Code. You must  put in the hyphen and you must keep the small  letters small and the Capital Letters Capital. After this we can head back to the device, we  will see on the screen if it is connected or not.

As you can see this device is now  connected to the internet so it  should be be visible on the app if it is  connected if you are connected already,  followed by connect. You then reach a screen  that says MyEnergi Wf-Fi Config change reloading
